Custom Orders
For customized designs created using your own beach stones or sea glass, please complete the form on the Shop page, under Custom Orders.  I will contact you to discuss your design and to assess your beach treasures. I’ll work with you to create your own personal, customized design.  At that point, I’ll price the piece and require a 50% deposit (required on all custom pieces) with the balance due prior to shipment of finished piece. Typically, custom orders take between 2-5 weeks to complete. A more definitive completion time will be relayed upon review of each piece’s specific requirements. Also, please note that custom orders are non-returnable.

In addition, if you see a piece you like on the site, but don’t love the stone color or glass color, please let me know and I can offer alternates for you.

Guarantee
I am happy to guarantee my designs against breakage, under normal wear and tear.

Returns
I truly hope that each piece is loved and that each customer is happy. However, in the event that the piece is not perfect for its new owner, I will accept returns within 30 days of shipment. Please be sure to contact me via email, prior to shipping, to authorize any return. Return delivery will be at the cost of the customer and must include insurance for the full purchase price as I will not be able to reimburse for any pieces lost in the return shipment process.
